2 eggs (70 cals, 5g fat, 6g protein each)
1 tbs skim milk (5 cals)
diced veggies that you want (ex. corn, bellpepper, carrots, onions, etc).
1 slice Kraft Fat Free Singles (25 cals, 0g fat, 4g protein)
salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together eggs, skim milk, salt, and pepper. pour into a pan and add veggies (i used just what was lying around the house- onions, carrots, and bellpeppers). cook with spatula, just like scrambled eggs, until about 95% done, then add cheese. **can also top with cheese later if preferred. enjoy!
Serving: 1 Calories: 170 Fat: 10g Protein: 16g
**Substitute eggs for 1/2 cup Egg Beaters and get:

1 whole package Pillsbury Sugar Free Brownie Mix
1 can diet coke
Mix two ingrediants together and follow baking instructions on back of box.
Servings: 12 Calories: 90 Fat: 2.5g Protein: 1
**Experiment with different flavors of coke. You can try Coke Zero, Vanilla Coke, Sprite Zero, etc!!! I’ve also heard that diet root beer tastes AMAZING with this!!!

So, I didn’t exactly come up with this recipe on my own, but its too good not to share.
1 zucchini (30 cals, 0g fat, 0g protein)
2 tbs (Ragu) pizza sauce (15 cals, .5g fat, .5g protein)
1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese (45 cals, 0g fat, 9g protein)
Cut zucchini into thick slices. Spray a baking sheet, and lay zucchini slices down. Top with sauce and cheese, as you would a pizza. Broil on high for 2 minutes.
Servings: 1 Calories: 90 Fat: .5g Protein: 9.5g

1 cup air-popped popcorn (either buy an appliance, or just put a paperbag in the microwave) (30 cals, 0g fat, 0g protein)
1/2 tsp Nacho Cheddar Kernel Season’s Popcorn Seasoning (4 cals, 0g fat, 0g protein)
or

2 tbs fat free cream cheese (30 cals, 0g fat, 0g protein)
1/2 packet truvia (0 cals, 0g fat, 0g protein)
2 tbs fat free Reddi Whip (5 cals, 0g fat, 0g protein)
Mix cream cheese and truvia together. Spread onto graham crackers. Top with Reddi Whip and enjoy:)

1/2 apple, diced (40 cals, 0g fat, 0g protein)
1 packet truvia (0 cals, 0g fat, 0g protein)
sprinkle of cinnamon (0 cals, 0g fat, 0g protein)

Mix apple and truvia. Microwave for fifteen seconds, or until hot. Spread on graham crackers. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy:)

1/4 cup whole wheat oats (75 cals, 1.5g fat, 3g protein)
1 tbs natural peanut butter (95 cals, 8g fat, 4g protein)
However much fruit you want (I only used 1 sliced strawberry-5 cals, 0g fat, 0 protein)
splash of almond milk-(5 cals, 0g fat, 0g protein)
Mix the oats and peanut butter together as well as you can. Add a splash of almond milk, to help thoroughly mix the peanutbutter and oats. Add fruit, and enjoy:)

so i ALWAYS eat this in front of my family, because it looks like i’m eating a fattening meal!!! Tastes great, also:)
2 slices Healthy Life bread (35 cals, 0g fat, 2.5g protein per slice)
1 slice Kraft fat free cheese singles (25 cals, 0g fat, 4g protein)
butter flavored cooking spray
spray the pan with cooking spray, and make your grilled cheese! :)

1 Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Chocolate pudding mix (100 cals, 0g fat, 0g protein)
2 cups skim milk (160 cals, 0g fat, 16g protein)
1-1/3 cup mini marshmallows (200 cals, 0g fat, 0g protein)
4 large graham crackers (240 cals, 4g fat, 4g protein)
Follow instructions on pudding package; mix milk and mix well. Break graham cracker into smaller chunks. Divide graham crackers into four seperate bowls/containers. Pour pudding over. Top with marshmallows. OPTIONAL: If you really crave the actual campfire smore, feel free to brown the marshmallows in the oven for a few seconds.

2 cups skim milk (160 cals, 0g fat, 16g protein)
4 cups strawberries (184 cals, 0g fat, 4g protein)
Follow instructions on pudding package; mix milk and mix well. Pour into four seperate containers. Refrigerate. Dip strawberries into pudding. Enjoy:)
