90 FUCKING CALORIE BANANA “ICE CREAM” RECIPE

i just tried this- and i love it!

i got the fam to try it and love it too-and they’re hard to please.

take 1 banana, unpeeland freeze.  once frozen, take out and slice.  put into bowl and beat with electrical mixer, or put in a food processor.  soon enough, it will incredibly become the texture of ice cream!!!! it’s AMAZING. seriously, the BEST substitute for ice cream i’ve ever met.  and all it is is a banana! 90 cals!  (add a splash  of skim or almond milk if you’re having issues blending).

if you wanna spice things up, add:

1 tsp pb (add 32 cals)

melt a chocolate kiss and pour ontop (add 22 cals)

1 tsp fat free chocolate pudding mix (add about 10 cals)

plus, one banana makes a surprisingly large amount- you can split it in half, it’s still a nice serving-with half the cals!!! :D :D :D

seriously-try this. AMAZING.
